Heather is an enthusiastic and compassionate dog trainer, who is deeply invested in the well-being of the dogs she works with and their owners. Her passion for dogs extends beyond training- it's a way of life.​

Heather's professional journey began with working in a veterinary hospital for over a decade, where she gained invaluable experience in canine health and behavior. She further deepened her knowledge by owning and operating a successful dog walking and pet sitting business, where she honed her skills in animal care and client relations before taking the leap and following her true passion for dog training. 

Heather has always had a deep passion for training dogs and competing in various dog sports, but it wasn't until she adopted her dog Ryott, in 2020, who came with a multitude of behavioral issues, that she knew she could truly make a difference with dogs and their lives with humans. Through commitment to Ryott, working with different trainers and wanting to build a better relationship with her dogs, Heather successfully rehabilitated Ryott's aggression and behavior issues and now both Ryott and Cannon assist Heather in training other dogs.  Heather has also developed a specific expertise in helping dogs with anxiety and aggression when visiting the Vet, making it a specialized niche of hers.
